Natalie Levin Workshop: Most-People-Have-Off-From-Work-Day-Practice

This class is taught by:

Natalie Levin

Natalie Levin has been practicing yoga since 1996 and is a graduate of the 2003 OM Yoga Weekend Warrior Teacher Training program at OM Yoga in NYC. Natalie expresses deep gratitude to the teacher with whom she trained, Cyndi Lee, who gave her a teaching foundation steeped in mindfulness, humor, breath awareness, alignment, and play. Natalie taught full-time at OM Yoga in NYC for several years, and then decided it was time to move to the country of Glenside, Pennsylvania, where she takes big nature walks. She has studied Iyengar yoga most recently with Carrie Owerko, Manouso Manos, and Kevin Gardiner, and in the past with George Purvis, Gabriel Halpern, and John Schumacher. For a while, Natalie was a devoted practitioner of Ashtanga yoga, and studied with Tias and Surya Little in Santa Fe. Natalie loves the joyous whirling fiesta of teachings from Laughing Lotus’s founders, Dana Flynn and Jasmine Tarkeshi. When not teaching, Natalie plays with many cats, a beagle, sings some opera and finds comfort in the study of her dreams, Jung, and the planetary transits.
On the morning after Thanksgiving, perhaps you would like to treat yourself to a special practice with Natalie Levin. She will lead you through different shapes and movements to help you ease open your body. This practice will be an opportunity for you to have some quiet time during what is sometimes a very busy time of year. You can expect live opera singing, vinyasa yoga, meditation, some information about the current astrology, and scintillating glitter if you so desire! This practice is appropriate for all levels!
