Ann St. Claire
Ann began her yoga practice when she was pregnant with her first daughter in Minnesota in 2006. Yoga was a means of staying connected to the breath during the transitional phase of becoming a mother and it has served her well during both her births and as a parent. Ann has always had an interest in health, mind/body connection and supporting others through her work in public health and as a birth and postpartum doula (CD(DONA)), breastfeeding counselor and childbirth educator. She earned her 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher certification through Yogasphere and studied under Carrie Robb for pre-natal teacher training. Ann’s pre-natal yoga class provides an opportunity for connecting with one’s changing body, baby, breath, and other expecting mothers in a comfortable learning environment. Ann lives in Dresher with her husband and two young daughters. When she is not working, practicing yoga or at a birth, she enjoys gardening and cooking with her daughters!
