I began my yoga journey in 2015 immediately fell in love with the practice, diving deep in to the practice and completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher training within that first year under Dr. Lisa Mitchell at Dana Hot Yoga in Spring 2016. I found such peace, calmness, and overall wholeness through yoga and love sharing this passion of yoga to others. In my classes, I encourage students to embrace their internal strengths and find a better understanding of the self through the mind, body, and spirit connection; also helping students find the benefits of practicing yoga both on and off the mat. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, friends, and traveling the world!

Level 2 (Intermediate)
This is a moderately paced class and students continue to build awareness, strength, skill and focus. It is helpful to have a basic understanding of sun salutations, but this is not required to attend the class. Posture sequences will be linked by vinyasa flow, designed to raise energy in the body while keeping the mind steady. Various hand and arm balances may be offered, however, modifications are offered to make this class accessible to all students.
